I am currently using dietmeal replacement shakes.

I am considering having a shake for breakfast, one for lunch and low carbing/atkins the rest of the time.

I am in ketosis at the moment.

If I start eating low carb and restricting carbs to around 20g a day will I continue losing weight despite no longer being on vlcd?

Yes I should think so, that is the way I did it when I came of vlcd and still lost weight but not as rapidly. Good luck with it.
