Would you have gone to group this morning instead of tonight?

My usual group is held on Mondays at 4.30, but there was no group yesterday due to Boxing Day. My consultant did her normal Tuesday morning group (in the same venue) today and will have a group tonight at 6pm. My OH said I should have gone this morning, to get the post Christmas WI over with (!) but I decided to go tonight because I'm convinced that I would have weighed less this morning, which would have meant that I was playing 'catch up' all week, as I'll be going to my usual afternoon group next Monday.
Would it have made much difference, do you think?

I think I'd have done the same as you and gone in the evening, closer to your usual weigh in time. It's difficult to know WHAT difference an AM instead of PM weigh-in would make, but you'd have spent the whole week feeling that it didn't really tell you what you needed to know.

I would stick to a pm WI at least that way it would be a truer reflection of your loss/gain

Yes, definitely stick to the same time weighing in - I am at least 2lb lighter in the morning
