Would you risk it for a chocolate biscuit?

    Slimming World
    My name is Georgina im 20 years old and trying to loose weight for my 21st in August! :eek: I have been doing slimming world for only 3 weeks so far, prior to this I have lost 2 stone on weight watchers. When i was younger i watched my mum do really well on sw pre extra easy days so when i started i just did red and green...now trying to get my head around extra easy so decided to post this food diary so people could give me comments and ways i can improve!


    Brunch: Two 1 Sin Sausage, 2 bacon medallions all fat trimmed off, mushrooms, tinned tomato and scrambled eggs.

    Snack: HiFi Bar (HEB)

    Dinner: Steak all fat trimmed off sw free chips loads of salad with beetroot and some cottage cheese. Sauce for steak made using elf soft cheese (HEA)

    Will probably have some fruit with natural yogurt later on tonight.

    Total Syns 2 (had 18 yesterday for a planned night out so limiting them today)

    Any feedback suggestions or improvments would be welcome.

    this looks fine hun, you seem to have your head round it, just remember that 1/3 of your food over the day should be superfree. i used to worry about trying to have a third SF food with each meal but my consultant said as long as i have 1/3 SF over the day then thats fine. when i do SW chips i also do roast carrots too to add some more SF food x
