Hi I’m Anna, 30 years old. Back on SW as of yesterday as I’ve now reached the biggest size I’ve ever been and I’m really disappointed with myself.
please of course move this post to somewhere else if I’ve put it in the wrong place!

day 1 - 15th November

Healthy extra a Skimmed milk in coffee throughout the day

2 eggs, baked beans, bacon medallions and 2 slices of whole meal kingsmill no crusts (healthy extra b)

evening meal
2 bowls of lobbies
Stewed diced beef, oxo, carrot, potato, turnip, onion, parsnip etc

Fibre one lemon bar (4 syns), fat free Greek yoghurt and blueberries/raspberries

4 syns on day one.
