Just had Sunday lunch at wetherspoons! I had a roast beef dinner!
This included, 2 slice roast beef, 1 Yorkshire pudding, 3 roast potatoes, carrots and peas and gravy, and stuffing!
So I ate it and they have a nutritional sheet in wetherspoons now so I put it in my calculator! 22 points! Well worth or tho!
I had cereal and milk for brekfast 5pp and a yoghurt 2pp
And there you go zero points left!
I never planned today well! I haven't used weeklies this week! Reason being I normally get about 70+ activity and eat all my weeklies! But I had a busy week and only earned 30 activity! So not eating weeklies as don't want to gain.
Anyway I posted this as it opened my eyes! A roast dinner in a pub and almost all my daily points are gone! Before ww I could quite easily eat a Sunday roast and pudding and prob an alcoholic drink! Shows how much I was actually eating, I just never added the calories!
Anyway have a good evening everyone! I'm still full so hopefully I will last the evening without snacking
