mygoodnessme: Total solution is 2 shakes and a bar per day. Working solution is the same but with a meal from the ketogenic list on the sticky at the top of this forum (things like chicken, eggs, salad, lean meat etc) List of foods you can eat
I am doing working solutions myself at the mo. Might cut down to TS if my losses start to decrease significantly. You can do a mix of both (say you want a meal at the weekend, but you do only shakes/bars during the week), that is more than acceptable.
