I am a former ww follower. My advice is that while food is free try not to go too mad with it. I tend to limit myself to three meals and eating when hungry rather than eating for the sake of it just cos its free. Good luck with your journey.
You can do it Benji, as a former avid weight watcherer, and then falling properly off the wagon, I am loving sw at the moment. Forget everything that is in your head re weight watchers. Just learn what foods are free, superfree etc and away you go. I find sw easier because I do a lot of cooking so it's much simpler for me with all the free food I can use as ingredients. Ww does work for lots of people, but I'd advise you give sw a fair chance. Good luck xxx
