WW danish malted bread

Hi sorry guys, another one. How many syns in this per slice please. And am I right if I use it for my b choice I can haver 3 slices?

Sorry but the malted one isn't a HEB at all so you would need to syn it all. It's not wholemeal, just white bread with malted flakes in it. I wouldn't worry too much about it, just draw a line and move on.

Thanks for that. Better get back to Asda and get an ordinary weightwatchers brown loaf then, mind you the bread is thicker isn.t it, thanks again.

Have you tried the WW thick wholemeal? You can have two slices of that as a HEB and it's more substantial than the other slimming breads. Or two slices of a small ordinary loaf like Hovis?

That's the one I'll get I think, the thicker weightwatchers one- I love the malted though, never mind. Thanks for your help.
