WW Newbie


Just started WW 3 weeks ago on the new Propoints plan. So far seems to be working well for me.

I'm absolutely determined to lose weight this time as I really have been overweight for too long, and I would like to have lost it before the end of the year (on another forum it was bizarrely apparent that we cared more about what our dogs ate than ourselves:hmm:) - hopefully I'm going to start to care more about what I'm eating.

So far
Wk1 lost 5.5lbs
Wk2 lost 5lbs
Wk3 - weigh in tomorrow

Weight loss has been slow this 3rd week, the scales have only just budged for the first time since last Sat, so am expecting a much smaller loss (to be expected).
