I've tried to search on here already but couldn't find anything about the SYN values of these.

I've seen them in Asda and thought they'd be quite nice.

Does anyone know if they are high syn values or not? This is the nutritional info for the Mango Chicken

Per Meal:
Kcal - 284
Protien - 20g
Carbs - 40.6g
(of which sugs) - 13.7g
Fat - 3.5g
(of which sats) - 0.7g
Fibre - 4.9g
Sodium - 0.6g
Salt Equiv - 1.3g

Can work it out but will need to know the weight and what the first ingredient is on the list I'm guessing chicken?

That's what I said except I called it the weight! Cos the op said the nv's were for the whole pack x

The pack is 350g and yes, chicken is first, followed by rice!
