PAULA - that's fab hun! Well done you! Wow what a loss and you got to eat, I'm sure there may be a few peeps comtemplating switching diets after seeing your loss.
I'm so glad your week went well for you, now comes the tough bit (no self-sabotaging), moving forward into the 2nd week staying strong, because this is what you want to do, this is what you need to do right now in order to be where you want.
I feel much happier now, yes. I know with WW the loss is going to slow down, but hopefully I'll have a few good losses first as i have so much to lose.
I'm definitely sticking to it. I'm so determined to get this weight off. CD wasn't for me but i'm still fighting the flab. I'm very jealous of all your quick losses though lol xx
