Hi, Does anybody know how many syns there is in a slice of weight watchers wholemeal bread (the one in the orange packaging)

Thick sliced wholemeal is 3.5syns (71 cals) per slice

it can count as hex b though, for 2 slices, assuming you haven't used up your hex's!
