ok everyone so x factor is finally upon us, so why dont we do a weight loss challenge and all write here how much we want to lose by lets say

the end of the 6 weeks auditions
then the end of bootcamp
then the final show

this mite be a bit of fun but also spur us on

by the end of the 6 weeks auditions i want to have lost the remainder of my weight, be in a size 10-12 and on refeed

so come on everybody how many lbs do you want to lose during the audition period???????

write it here and we can spur each other on to reach those goals:grouphugg:

Its easier if everyone copies and pastes so we can keep track!copy and paste mine and put yours underneath and so on everyone, then we dont have to keep going back :crazy:

I'm changing mine from 18 to 21 as I got my maths wrong. I need to lose 3 pounds a week to get to my goal by my birthday but from now that's 7 weeks! - as in it starts next week plus 6 weeks!
