I watch it every now and then (never seem to be 'in control' of the TV to be able to watch it consistently ) Each episode is someone's story - where they change their eating habits, get advice from a personal trainer, face their demons, that sort of thing. Is very good
Paul winds me up too! but they lose weight dont they - realistically i couldnt follow his programme due to my hectic lifestyle and lack of persoanl time. Admire the show though!
