XLS medical - anyone tried it?

I have just been away for a week and indulged in absolutely everything! However I purchased some of these and decided that as from today I am going to seriously knuckle down. I just wondered if anybody else has tried them.

I tried them and got really constipated and gained weight, I didn't like them at all I'm afraid. But that doesn't mean they won't work for you though.

I haven't had them but I've had the Orlistat tablets available from Doctors which I believe may be similar? I've had good results with Orlistat, well excellent really, they really helped me to have a good, steady weight loss.
