Week One Day One!

Allowance - 21 pts

12.25pm - Can you believe I still havent had anything to eat yet!! By the time i have got up got my son together got him fed tidied the house sterlised all his stuff its this time!! SO going to have

  • a tin of baked beans (5pts)
  • 2 slices of bread toasted ( 2pts)
  • butter on each (1.5pts) very low fat spread
  • Pint of water
subtotal 8.5pts

2.15 Pm - Went on a 6 mile walk and came on to my mam with a bakery bun and a cuppa.. points queen has worked out that without the walk the bun would of been 5/6 points but to count it as 2.. the tea also had sugar in it... 2pts

6.10 pm - Basil chicken pasta asda - 6pts

9.30pm - packet of space raiders - 1 pt
mint viscount -1.5pt

11.00 am - A bit better than yesterday.. was able to make myself

  • 30g of cornflakes with semi skimmed milk

1.32 pm - Lunch time yay!!

  • Muller lowfat yorgurt peach - 1.5 pts
  • chicken soup - 4pts
  • 2x brown bread - 2 pts

Went on a six mile walk...

6.06 - 2 boiled eggs - 3 points
2 toasted bread - 2 points
butter - 1 pt

Snack - munchies icecream bar - 4 points mmm

Week One Day Four

Did something really silly and went on a 6 mile walk without any food was starving went i came home so snacked on

  • Space raiders 1 pt
  • curley wurley 2.5pts
  • diet lemonade

Dinner

  • pie (7 pts)
  • chips a few (3pts)
  • beans a scoup (o.5)
  • mr kipling fancy (4 pts)
  • bit of maderia ( 2 pts)
subtotal 16 pts


points left to spend - 1.5 plus bonus points from walking 6 mile dont know how much that is but going to have a few vodkas and diet cokes:)
