L: Steak, new potatoes HE B, asparagus

D: Egg and chips (and salad) have to get my veggies in somehow! :)

S: pear, sw bar 6 syns
E: walking only
W: 2 litres

b hifi bar and muller light, milk for coffee hex a

L low fat super noodles with 2 x ww danish hex b

D egg salad, cheese hexa and other slice of ww danish

Might also have pasta n sauce, apple and orange or pineapple

No exercise today my legs hurt!

Change of plan for dinner, been to borough market and got some swordfish steaks for dinner, yummy!
