Been looking forward to this post, as seen so many others getting here over the past 4 months.

As of last night I am officially 'overweight'

No longer eligible to start LL

Can't bellieve it, as I'm now only 5lb off target and already within the body fat % range I set myself.

Very, very happy.

Thanks everyone, still on a high 3 days later. Andy, it's just THE BEST!!

Even better news yesterday, went shopping (just browsing really) and looking at a new coat/jacket as my 'smallest' jackets are hanging off me - I look like a little boy wearing his Dad's clothes LOL.

Tried on the Large (very happy not to be 2XL any longer), and THAT's TOO BIG!!!

So I am now a MEDIUM - honestly never, ever expected I'd see the day.

Just had to share my joy around the forum

haha - bet you never thought you'd be in a medium anything!

I went from XXL jogging trousers to Small, and XXL tshirts to medium (occasionalyl small). I never would have believed it at all.

Get used to it mate - so much more choice too!
