I lost 3 1/2lb this week putting my total now up to 6st 6 1/2lb Well chuffed after last week when I gained 1/2lb after being good. Made up for it this week though yay! xx
I have to say that when I lower the amount of carbs I eat I usually have better weight losses. I have lost the weight since MAY so I must be doing something right lol! I do go gym at least 3 times a week too.
