• You get told you're 'wasting away' 3 times in one day!
• Your shoes are getting too big.
• When someone gives you a tight hug it actually hurts a bit because they are pressing bone, not squeezing flesh.
• Your OH doesn't put his back out when picking you up.
• Men are more curteous (I don't know why this is, but recently I've had a lot more doors opened, shop assistance, stuff like that!)
• You see someone you know, say hello and you catch them looking you up and down!

Legging! I'm with you on that! AND they are a size 10!!! 8mths ago it was a size 20! Loving my 'new' collar bones and my shoulder blades!! And how much room there is in my bed now! I have to cuddle up more to my husband!

Downside! How DAMN cold am I?!?!?! Can't get warm AT ALL!!!

- Im finding it uncomfortable to sit on the floor as my bottom doesnt have much padding these days!
- I have to wear my wedding rings on a necklace (refuse to have them made smaller until I have reached target) in fear of loosing them!
- I have shoulder blades!
- I am challenging myself (ie Im climbing Snowdon on Saturday!) rather than get in a car as its the easier option - lol.

Not been on it for long but I've already notice things.

- Energy! Hello energy where have you been all my life, oh in the healthy food!

- People see the real me through my determination.

- Comfortable, even the few lbs you lose make a huge difference in your comfort levels cause you know inside you were bigger.

- Happy, all those endorphins swimming around the body from exercise are making my days that bit brighter.

Hoped you enjoyed Snowdon... I did it at start of July - it was wonderful to get up to the top and see the view and to think that 20months ago - i wouldn't have gotten to the top of the road before giving up and turning around.

It really made me laugh when I read your post as I was in the same position just this week where I noticed that some new shoes that my mom bought for me (which I was going to take on holiday now with me to Spain) no longer fit me!! Also some rings are now too big for me, so was out looking for some new ones today.

Just yesterday I was noticing that my knuckle bones are really sticking out now when I make a fist and never used to before (wierd to notice them, but I hurt myself there).

Another one I wanted to add is when people you know don't recognise you. Happened today at Asda that a colleague I used to work with didn't recognise me. He was shocked I think as he didn't know I was doing SW.

I was only pondering my shrinking foot size yesterday lol. How odd that we lose weight off our feet or do they just 'spread' less due to carrying less weight?

I noticed I'd lost weight this morning when a work dress I bought in the sale just a few weeks back is already too big! I now buy clothes off ebay to keep the cost down and have started selling them on when they get too big.
