your weight at totm?

when its your totm, do you lose, gain or sts?

I've lost a couple of times but only small 0.5lbs x

ive actually lost more when its been my TOTM :/ i actually have no idea why as i usually have crazy sweet tooth cravings around then too!
but the times when ive lost 3lbs have been when its TOTM :/ usally i only loose like 1 - 1.5lb a week!

I usually lose a really small amount and then have a good loss the following week. I have about 3lb fluid retention until I actually start my period
