Yummylicious Weight Loss

    This is my first time doing Slim Fast and on Day 1 now.
    Forgot to Weigh in this morning, but will take the stats tommorrow morning!

    A very chocolately day for the first day!

    Breakfast - Shake -> Rich Chocolate Flavour (230 cals)
    Snack 1 - Dairylea Nachos (100 cals)
    Lunch - Tesco UniSlim Crispy Chocolate bar (220 cals)
    Snack 2 - SpecialK Choc mini breaks (100 cals)
    Hartleys no added sugar jelly(Sberry) (3 cals)
    Dinner - Pepperoni pasta Bake (485 cals)
    Aero biscuit bar (100 cal)
    Snack 3 - 2 pink'n'white marshmallow wafers (100 cal)

    Total (1338 - Woop!)

    Gym - NRLFW - Stage 3B (Wo3), did half at lunch, 2nd half to finish after work!

    Day 1 Thoughts

    Managed to get through full workout split over two sessions. Didn't make any gains on going up on weights, tried to focus more on good form. :character00116: :character00115:
    Must log it on Fitocracy laters!

    Walking home yesterday, was ready to murder someone just to get something to eat! :grumble:

    I was so happy to get a plate of food for dinner, and ate every bit slowly!!

    Going to take it one day at a time and try not to think to much about how less I have to eat now! The real test will be the weekend I think!
