Hi,
Is there anyone else out there who is using Zumba 2 to help with their weight loss? I bought a wii second hand off ebay and this came with it. It's amazing. I'm absolutely blowing by the end of my workout. Only managed the mid-length class so far, and feel/look like I'm going to die after that so won't be attempting the full-length class any time soon.
45 minute mid-length (medium intensity) class= 502 calories burned
20 minute short-length (high intensity) class = 203 calories burned.
This is a Godsend!!!
