Zumba - Came across this

Not sure if there is anyone else like me but I like to be able to do the exercise class and not feel like a muppet I cam across this into to zumba which I am trying and then will get myself booked into a class. Its reall fun

I always put off going zumba as thought I'd look stupid as got no coordination etc but a friend persuaded me and I love it despite my coordination still being lacking. I am surprised how many of the steps I have picked up though with going regularly.

It helped when I started my class as the instructor was on a stage with lights on her but the lights in the room were off so we couldn't see each other that well.
I'd say to any body go and give it a whirl
