12st something to 11st something

Just realised that i posted in the wrong thread :eek:
 
Just wanna say "Hi" and that I'll be using this thread. I weigh 12 stone 8 today.

I don't technically calorie count- I had hoped that eating healthy will keep my weight more or less the same and then I would shift the weight through a more active lifestyle. Well, the last 3 weeks I've not been feeling my best, so there was a real lack of exercise. Then on top of that my eating habits have been really bad - not healthy at all and portions are more than generous :eek: So, here I am. I am going to keep an eye on my breakfasts and snack habits starting from now, so hopefully my weight won't go up anymore.

The last few weeks I stayed the same, then gained a 1b :(. Usual weigh day is Sunday but a sneak peak at the scales today had me at 12st 9lbs so hoping I'm there or lower come this Sunday. Shant be changing my stats etc til then. Good luck everyone!!
