I have no life and can't cook. Think I should learn to cook. I'm going to start working my way through those chicken recipes. Bet I could do most of them in my actifry.

Persian lamb... It's lamb.. I've used mince but usually use left over from a roast.. Beef stock, onion, tomato purée, cumin, coriander, chilli and cinnamon... And that's it really so fairly low carb but it's totally delicious!! You can put apricots in too... Oh hang on ill post actual recipe...

Hmmm yummy!! I've been looking at lamb mince for weeks thinking I wanted it... But the bullet tonight as it was included in the tesco 3 for £10 offer... So there is 2 packs waiting in my slow cooker to be switched on... Wanted to cook it first as not too keen on fatty foods... Just love the taste of lamb
