Operation Graduation Ball Gown

A pineapple, 2 grapefruit, 4 bananas, 5 apples, an orange and a butternut squash.

I have had a bit of an off day food wise. I am going to write it down but tomorrow is a new day.

Breakfast:
Bran flakes (heb) with chopped banana and skimmed milk (hea)

Lunch:
Mixed bean salad, cherry tomatoes, celery, cucumber and salad leaves

A slice of carrot cake (17 syns) - it was a friends birthday so we brought her a cake

Tea:
Jacket potato, baked beans, grated cheese (3 syns) and crustless quiche (10 syns)

Total syns: 30 syns
 
Breakfast:
A banana

Lunch:
Mugshot
An apple

Tea:
Smoked haddock, new potatoes, peas and sweetcorn with parsley sauce (4 syns)

Snack:
Weightwatchers biscuits (4 syns)
Small slice of battenberg cake (6 syns)

I have wanted to eat everything in sight today. I haven't though. I am keeping my next goal in sight. Breaking down my weight loss into 1/2 stone chunks is keeping me going

Another bank night shift tonight. I will need to take my uni work with me as I have a piece to be submitted by Monday.

Breakfast:
Porridge (heb) (made with water) with kiwi fruit, banana and fresh pineapple chunks

Lunch:
Vegetable and lentil soup
1 slice bread (4.5 syns)

Tea:
Chicken with mixed salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, celery, cucumber and pickled onions
Mullerlight

Snack:
1/2 a latte from Macdonalds (3.5 syns)
2 x graze punnets (say 10 syns)

Total syns: 18 syns

I need to sit and write a menu plan. I can feel the start of a binge session coming and I don't want to undo my hard work. The rainy weather doesn't help.

40 mins sleep after a night shift is not good. I am currently sat with a head full of hair dye. Going Deep Violet. 15 more mins to wait.
 
I tend to dye the bath as well. It's not as violet as I thought. I will give it a couple of days then probably put a deeper purple on.

I am desperately trying to stick to plan this week. It's almost as if I lose that first 7lbs and my brain goes haywire and I just want to stuff my face. I will stick with it as I just have to break that habit and beat the voice inside my head.

I use some of my hea for cereal and the rest in my cups of tea. I am a bit of a tea addict.

Lunch:

Pork steak with mushrooms and onions

Another long day at uni. I am so tired and could just sleep forever

I wouldn't have chosen to have the pie but hubby cooked tea.

I am hoping for a loss on the scales tomorrow. I haven't had a bad week but I haven't had a brilliant week either. I will just keep plodding along
 
Another 2lbs off. 9lbs in total. I nearly didn't go to group as I had a sneaky peek at my own scales which showed a gain. I am going to have to ditch the home scales.

Lunch:
Vegetable and lentil soup
2 slice wholemeal bread (heb)

Tea:
Cheeseburger (15 Syns)
Wedges and a big salad

Snack:
Weightwatchers biscuits (4 syns)

Total syns: 19 syns

I need to keep an eye on those pesky syns. I am going to try a week of 10 syns a day.

I need to stop sabotaging myself. It just makes me feel down and horrible. I feel so proud when I get on the scales and have a loss. I need to remind myself of that feeling when I want to eat rubbish.

So much for sticking to 5 syns. My head is all over the place at the moment. I have so much work to do and so little time
