Step 1 Sole Source CW plan - newbie

Hi everyone

I'm new to the CW I have started today. I'm on SS step 1.

I am 12 1/2 stone and my target weight is 8 1/2 stone would like to loose 4 stones in total.

The morning I have had so far has been funny because I came into work today and my colleague Dee you will be so proud of me. This is what I am eating for lunch ( show me a tub of chicken salad , fruit and bar of chocolate ). I was thinking all I'm having is a porridge for Lunch. I had to see the funny Side of the situation. I'm sure if it was day 3 it won't be so funny. Also I can't not believe how much we talk about food in the office.

I haven't told anyone I'm on the CW plan because I know what they would say and think, my old Manager was on the plan (lost a total of 5 stones). Everyone was so negative and unsupported, I didn't want the negativity to effect me. Maybe weeks later I may tell everyone.

So far( 8.30 am) I have 500ml of water and had a herbal tea.

At 11:15 am I had Maple and pecan porridge- it was ok - But it did give me a bust of Energy.

I have drank 1 1/2 litre of water so far.

At 2.30pm I has a strawberry on the go shake and a herbal tea, which made me feel more hungry.

At 7pm I had a chicken and mushroom soup.


Later I am going to have a warm chocolate mint shake.


Total of water so far is 2 litres

Im on day 4 today... Absolutely love the choc mint shakes :) been ok today but on day 2 i found myself rummaging the kitchen cupboards for food but managed to tell myself NO :) x

congratulations on getting this far and say no to food :)

This week is taster week for me - I ordered a variety of flavours to see what I like and don't like.

I think this is why I am enjoying this so far.
 
Hello. Good luck this week. Stay positive, once you get over the 3/4 th day it's plain sailing. The best thing you can do is to keep busy to take your mind off it. Lol my house is spotless and my poor dog is about an inch shorter after the amount of walks she's had! :)

Day 2 is so hard I'm really hungry today.

I had a apple and cinnamon porridge today love dat one and toffee and walnut shake.

1 litre of water and 1 herbal tea. :eek:
 
I thought day 2 was hard then day 3 hit me but I'm out the other side on day 4 woooo. I haven't tried the porridge yet, loads of people are saying they are super sweet.
I know what you mean about people being unsupportive. I don't dare tell my mum. But then its fine because I have you guys :D :D
day two I was super hungry, day 3 I was ill. you night not get ill like I did.

I had to laugh at Rachel's dog being about an inch shorter hehhehe. It is good to keep busy.
 
Thanks for that, it made me feel much better. :)

I just can't until my body is use to this then so I can feel normal again.

And I cannot wait for weight day so I can see some results.
 
Hi everyone

Day 2 was really hard because I was at home tried to keep busy but I was hungry all day.

Day 3 has been really good not feeling hungry I think my body is getting use to the new way of how I am eating.

When I'm at work its so much easier but when I'm at home I find it hard because every time I am chilling, I would like something to eat. On day 2 I was at home all day and all I can think about food and what I would like to eat.I go back to Full time work in two weeks so I no doing this diet would be easier.

I do like this diet because it keeps me in control and and I can learn to say NO. Usually if food is being pass around the office then I find it hard to say No. But since I NO I cannot have this type of food it makes it so much easier to say NO.

The best part of this diet is no one about it so the I start losing people would be shock.

This is my new motivation:D
 
Hi everyone :D

i am really happy today.
I'm on day 6 today and I just got weighed and I lost a total of 5lbs today.
So I'm on a high and will keep it going x

Week 2 day 9

This is becoming very normal now. Still feel a bit hungry but I'm in routine.
I think my best days will be Saturdays when I get weighed. :)
