I'm putting these on as inspiration for me to keep going as I'm nearly half way through my journey. Was going to put them on at half way but not feeling positive this week so thought it will help me not to slip back.

Thank you. I just want people to see what I saw when I first looked at this Duken Forum wow I was so inspired by the diaries and pictures on here of what people had realistically achieved. I don't think people no how inspirational the people that have done this diet are I'm so glad I found it as I love it xx

Thanks I feel so much better in myself. Its taken a lot to get used to buying smaller clothes its been very hard. I still see myself as big though just waiting for my head to catch up. Thanks for all your lovely comments xx
