Hello lovely ladies,
I'm new here.
I came across this amazing blog 2 days ago and had to join!
I started the Lipotrim programme for the first time around summer this year. June or May, can't really recall.
I did 3 weeks and lost 12 kilograms. Unfortunately, after stoping the diet, I went back to my old habits :cry:and put the weight back on again.
I am back on Liportrim now. Day 2 and feeling extremely motivated. I set myself a target of 15 Kilograms for the next four weeks. Let's hope I do lose that much. :fingerscrossed:
I'm good with my water intake. But, I can't seem to be squeezing in the three shakes everyday. I end up having 1 or 2 at the most. I do get hungry, but I don't think about it and just like that, with water sips, it goes. I think it's just my brain playing tricks on me.
I wondered if you guys exercise as well as the diet? I was told not to. But, if I wanted a speedy loss, I know it already is (a speedy loss diet) on its own, should I do some walking, swimming or anything?
Okay, sorry about the essay. I'm really glad I joined.
Someone please reply to my thread so I don't feel like the crazy newbie who talks to her own self.
Good luck and keep up the hard work?
Thanks.
Bye.
