    If I don't have cereal or porridge I like to save my milk for a hot chocolate in the evenings. Then I would have 2 scrambled eggs and beans (microwaved) and some fruit. Or an omelette with lots of veggies and some cheese! Eggs are a godsend in slimming world!!!

    You could make breakfast 'muffins' actually it's just mini SW quiches. Eggs, cottage cheese/quark and whatever fillings you like. Then divide the mixture in a muffin tray and bake until set. Can make a batch and then store in the fridge. Eat hot or cold.

    Just cooked the black pepper with chicken. Was gorgeous. I added onion red and yellow peppers. Was so tasty. My hubby loved it too :-) Maybe I'd add a little less pepper next time. Wowsers!! But in a good way :-)

    Diced pork fried in fry light until crispy then added courgette, red and yellow pepper, onion, mushrooms, Thai basil, chilli, garlic and ginger. Splash of soy, lime juice and sweetener. And served wrapped in crispy lettuce leaves! Yum yum yum!!! And all free!!

    Thanks Allimac! I ended up using the fat free natural yoghurt mixed with beaten egg. It worked a treat. Only problem is cos its yoghurt it really needs to be served immediately. Had some the next day for lunch. Was nice but sooooo much better eaten straight out of the oven :-)
