    Hi ladies!!! I'm back!! I spectacularly fell off the shake diet!! I had a sad personal situation happen and it sent me off in to a spiral of depression so on came the food! I'm starting it again tomorrow and I haven't weighed myself yet I'm dreading it lol So how are you all doing?? Xx

    I've spoke to the company and they said it will be all the excess water from my weekend of drinking that has caused a big loss so far (I was drinking Saturday and Sunday) haha They recommended I stay on 3 a day for now and see how I do my day 7 if I've lost way more then to contact them again...
