    Thanks, drives me wild when I keep hearing it. Everyone's a doctor aren't they! That's it though, providing you exercise regularly and watch what you eat there's no reason why you'll 'gain it all back'

    Annd the pharmacy is closed today! So decided to do a cheeky weigh in myself and the scales say I've dropped 6 pounds, quite happy with that but will need to wait till tomorrow for an official one.

    Thanks, all going well but suffering a bit from chapped lips, got some vaseline aloe vera stuff for it and it works a charm, only thing I'm wondering is when you're drinking water with vaseline on your lips, does that knock you out of ketosis?

    It's alright, hard at times but it's not horrendous. Makes it a bit difficult sometimes when family is down and they have a meal together but my desire to be slim is better than my desire for some crispy beef (although it is nice) better doing it now than over summer!

    Day one

    Good going! I've had a cold for the last week so can chug down those funny shakes due to my lack of taste, it's awesome! 11 pounds is awesome, I can't do it without a goal though I need a week by week plan, only 14 left ;D

    Thanks all, indeed it's getting me motivated and ready for week 2. I'm normally in the gym 5 days a week but gave last week a miss, getting started on that again tonight (just been) so hopefully I can get a nice result next week, even though it won't be that high!

    Cheers guys! Unfortunately I'm in a job where I can't really have water near me so I make up for that in the night and morning. Any tips with the taste of the shakes? Chocolate is the only one I can really stomach at the moment.
