    Yes and I believe the time is right for me too I feel so much more confident this time, my weigh in is Thursday mornings so only 2 days to go eek, having such a bit loss last week I'm not expecting much this week ill be happy with half a pound then I've lost my first half a stone :-) xx

    I just made chicken honey and mustard stew with dumplings omg its soo nice my partner even liked the dumpings made with yogurt bicarbonate soda and flour I highly recommend it
