    Hi Mark and welcome, i was on the the full TFR for 3 1/2 weeks, currently on the refeed and then maintenance. ( lost nearly 2 stone ). :cool: Good luck mate, i would recommend this diet to anyone.

    Finished TFR early

    Hi all, just to let you know i have decided as of today to finish my LT TFR after 3 1/2 weeks. I've had a really good weight loss so far (1 1/2 stone):D and am really happy with that but for the last 3/4 days i've been finding it really hard:sigh:. Don't know why, maybe it's the extra exercise...

    Chicken Soup.....

    Hi Nicnak, I have been on strawberry and the soup since day one and like them both. All i add to the soup is salt&pepper. Like you said i find it nice to have something hot. I tried one vanilla on week one and had to force it down.

    chicken soup

    I'm just after my chix soup.:party0027:yum yum. I use about 300ml of boiling water, it makes it feel more like soup. Then just add salt & pepper. Now for a 12hour night-shift:(

    Hi all, just came across this forum and thought i would join in as it seems very friendly and helpful. :) Anyway i'm a 35 year old male who needs to loose a few stone. I started last Friday and lost 8lb on my first WI:D (5 days due to shift pattern). Looking forward to getting to know you all.
