    My scales have stayed the same since Monday so don't ask me!! I get bored of restricted diets really quickly, even if I have a good loss so thought low carb easier to stick to. I am tracking my carbs on myfitnesspal which helps.

    My feet! A doctor once complimented me on them!! I hadn't paid them much attention before that but I realised that they have put up with my enormous bulk all these years so I am thankful that they are still going strong:)

    Hiya peeps! How are you all monitoring what you're eating? Been using FitDAy, but only the free version so loads of ads and it's taking ages to load a page. It's day 4 and I need something easy to use as I find it a chore to keep a note of everything I eat. Anything better out there? Thanks
