Feeling slimmer but no change on scales!

Anyone else had this problem?

I am low carbing (well moderate by a lot of people's standards as having 100g carbs a day, but low carb to me!).

Have done 11 days and in the first few days I lost 4.5lbs but since then the scales haven't moved!

But I feel slimmer around my tummy.

Anyone else had this?
 
Hey Hun if you have an iPhone you can download the 'seemegetfit' app .. It's basically just an app where you take photos daily and can compare how you look each day .. It works better long term when you can really see a difference but sometimes its nice just to see weight loss in a different way . Other than that you could try measuring your body and seeing if you have lost inches and if you go to the gym you could have your body fat percentage taken regularly ( I always think that's a good way of seeing weight loss as we all know there are days when we are bloated or holding water etc that can affect the scales ) .
