    Using a blender should get rid of those little lumps. You will be amazed at how quickly you'll not only get used to them, but come to really like them! I could'nt stand coffee before, but I have a couple of cups of it a day1

    Hi Missy3, my mum gets her LT on prescription from the doctor, so its at a very reduced price....mind you she is super morbidly obese...maybe its worth talking to your doctor? Afterall we are saving the NHS the cost of diabetes, heart attacks in the future...

    I am odd...

    I've just had a coconut flapjack for the first time, and I rather liked it!! Maybe its because its the first solid food I've eaten in 7 weeks....;) Must admitt is was a bit tough to chew...and my jaw aches a bit!! LOL!!!

    I know its practically swearing but...

    I plan to be on maintenance by December (if I have lost enough weight of course), then on the actual christmas day I plan to do away with the diet, but only on xmas day, the run up and post xmas day do not count, and i will be back to good and healthy ways.

    Thanx Cuddlyfairy, I'll buy some ketostix things and test myself in the evening etc, at the moment its only being once a week at the pharmist, and the last thing I want to screw this body of mine up on the way to becoming supper healthy!!

    Ok I'm a bit confused, I've been in the highest level of ketosis ever since I started, and my pharmist says that this shows that I am strictly keeping to the diet?? I drink 3-4 litres a day so am definitely getting enough water.

    anyone with mood swings???

    I don't have mood swings as such, but this week I have felt totally miserable (for the first time during LT), had my 6th weighin yesterday (another 3.5 pounds, woohoo!) Does anybody else go through a whole week of feeling miserable or is this just the 6 week blues??

    I'll definitely be giving it try tomorrow, thanks Cathy!! I've been on the diet for 5 weeks (as of Friday just gone), I'm so happy at losing 2 stone, and its definitely given me alot of motivation to keep on going!!

    Oops....

    After successfully losing 2 stone in 5 weeks, I've just been rather naughty and eaten a big spoon of mash and a spoon of chicken......and have resulted in a huge stomach ache!!! Doh!!:cry: I guess its going to take 3 days to get back into ketosis again...good thing I was weighed this morning...
