    I weigh myself every morning - I think I might be getting obsessed! I try to avoid the temptation but there I am every morning running down the stairs to stand naked in the kitchen on the scales. On a plus note, I do remember to close the blinds first! :p

    Choc ice cream!!!!!

    You might know this anyway but just in case.... I put a choc velvet tetrapak in the freezer for an hour last night and had myself a fantastic ice cream AND didn't break my SS diet :D Im going to give the banana a try tomorrow! Can't wait!

    try not to get disheartened - you are still losing weight even if it is slower than you would like. As Kazbro said it all mounts up and will help you acheive your goal.

    Hi Everyone, I have almost finished my first week on CD - weigh in with CDC tomorrow. How much is the first week loss usually? When I weighed myself this morning I had lost 5lbs which I was pleased with..... until I remembered that my CDC said that one of her other clients lost 9lbs in here...

    Snacking

    I cant believe that mimi milks are so low in points!!!!! I love them. I also didnt realise that marmite is point free - another item i enjoy. I find the WW biscuits/cookies really good for a snack. The toffee ones are really tasty and only 1.5 points for a pack of 2.
