    Anyone else trying to do SW on a student budget?

    When I try to keep costs down I buy a load of veg on offer/reduced and make a HUGE batch of soup that freeze in portions, that can last the week or keep for longer. Same with meats, if you can cook large batches and freeze it can work out cheaper over, say, 2 weeks than 2 separate weekly shops.

    I don't count dieting as part of a holiday. Yes, I try to make sensible choices where I can..... But holidays are to relax from the stresses of work & to be enjoyed. You can jump straight back on the wagon and be extra good when you come back. Holidays are for letting go a bit. For me anyway.

    Can you get the plates for original/green plans though? I've only ever seen them for EE where they are split into thirds. Someone has suggested I could use the SE approach and have 1/3 meat/carbs as appropriate to plan that day and then 1/3 free and 1/3 super free.
