Ok having gone past my original target date (was 4lbs off meeting target weight!) I have now lost motivation and have not stuck to plan at all for the last 4 days Having a holiday, with my skinny sister in laws, was a massive incentive and having lost 1st 8lbs before I went I am now undoing it all. I gained 3lbs on holiday and haven't shifted that yet, let alone the further 7lbs I want to lose. I have no upcoming events that I can use as an incentive & I'm not someone who can stick to plan very willingly. Just wondered if anyone has any tips for staying on track for the moments we all feel like giving up?
