    So glad I re-joined. :)

Oh I forgot to say. Well done on losing 4lbs at your first weigh-in. I hope that I'll have a good loss too next week.
  4. pamsie

    So glad I re-joined. :)

Me too, I'm back to SW again after having gained all that I have painstakingly lost. Isn't it depressing that the weight goes back on so much quicker than it is to lose it? Anyway, I am glad to be back and regain some control over my eating. Good luck to you all. We can do it!
  5. pamsie

Lost control and now back to square one!

Thank you. I really need the encouragement. Good luck to all of you too. I'm off to check the recipes section for some afternoon treats as this is when I am at my most vulnerable and when I crave a sugar boost.

Lost control and now back to square one!

I had a disastrous summer, I managed to put all the weight that I'd lost before back on. I feel so, so ashamed and disappointed in myself as I had put so much effort in SW and let it all go. So, I've now rejoined SW and it feels good to be back in control again. I just hope that my weekly...

Thank you all. Wise words indeed. Since that blip, I've been on track but I've had around 10 syns a day anyway - just like normal. I feel a lot better now and really want to be focussed from now on. Thanks again everyone.
  10. pamsie

    Aaah, why?

I've put on 1/2 lb this week (weigh-in today) and I've just now eaten 3 slices of pizza and a portion of chicken strips. Oh and a 4-finger bar of KitKat. I was hoping that I would be strong enough to save all my syns for an Easter feast on Sunday, but I am sooo weak! I'm very disappointed in...

    NAS juice

I was wondering about this too. I can only drink water with NAS squash these days and I drink at least two litres, so that's quite a lot. However, I only have about a tablespoon per 500ml, so I don't think it's that bad.

Just wanted to update... I lost another 1.5. Lb this week and I'm over the moon. So, I think that mixing red days in my week does work for me. This is what I'll be doing from now on I think. Red days during the week and EE on weekends, inc. Fridays. :)

    extra easy, original or green????

I have been a slow loser too and I decided to incorporate 3 red days last week and my weight loss went from 0.5 to 1.5 lbs. I was really pleased and I'm trying the same this week in case it was just a coincidence. I shall update on Thursday after weigh-in. I figu it doesn't hurt to mix and...

777 WEEK - Bring it on!!!

Well, after all of my efforts, I lost a whopping 0.5 lb! I hope that it's just my body being slow to react and that I'll see the results at next week's weigh in. To be fair though, I have started exercising as well this week and, apparently, it *can* slow down your loss initially. Good...

    Extra Easy Soup as 1/3?

I'm just wondering if it is ok to use soup as a 1/3 of superfree with my lunch and/or dinner?
