    I did my 30 mins Yesterday walking through Nottingham uni grounds. I had a meeting at a building low down and deliberately parked in the furthest away car park which is also at the top of the hill. My legs certainly felt it on the way back up!

    Gin and tonic .. A perfect use of syns! I was going to suggest maybe low magnesium .. Could you build in a spoon of peanut butter into your day? Maybe scraped onto Apple slices? I have a severe b12 deficiency but dislike both pb and choc spread so don't crave them lol

    Morning everyone... Decided not to just crash and burn last night after a long day and a lot of driving so I went to the gym. Got there just before 9 and stayed til it closed at 10. Managed a mix of cycling, treadmill walking uphill and rowing and clocked up 11.5km. Just have to keep it up now...

    I know what you mean about wanting a positive diagnosis - I was tested for everything, including MS, for my nerve damage and other symptoms and it took 5 years to get to gluten being the root cause! hopefully I've managed to message you with the info good luck -if you know what I mean xx

    I love the orange and lotus blossom one ...not as bitter as plain green tea and really refreshing. I dont drink coffee and hardly any normal tea ...the fact green tea is meant to help weight loss is a bonus , though it hasnt helped so far - oh yes, that's the rest of the food i was stuffing!!
