    Thanks Sass! I can't believe how fast the time has gone and how 'normal' this diet seems now. CD has just been and I've lost 3lbs this week so BMI has gone down to 30, and I'm just 2.75lbs off a 3 stone loss so I am realy pleased :D

    Another Newbie....

    I've tried various diets before but never had any success (always given up after a few days!). The first 3 or 4 days of CD were hard but I'm suprised at how easy I've found it since then. I think seeing the scales going down so much has spurred me on and made me more determined to stick to it...

    Thanks for all the advice everyone :) Not doing too badly today with the water - have been having it at room temperature rather than ice cold and am finding it a lot easier to drink. I'm also starting to actually enjoy the shakes so fingers crossed I'll stick to it this time round!
