Clare - Ahh well going up to 810 is a very good idea for the holiday, at least it wont be a blow out. Do you still have to have your 810 week when your official one is due or will you be able to do ss for another 12 weeks after your hols seems as you have had a break ?

I'm doing good so far, not a single carb blip this week. Whilst on Atkins i found these sugar and carb free sweets that you can buy in holland & Barrett ( they say they are natural ) v v yummy and i have been having one of those a day

Just help me feel abit more normal whilst doing this.
My scales are also moving very nicely which is very motivating in itself. On atkins in my first week i lost 3lb and then 1lb on my second but on my 3rd i put 2lb back on ( sisters 21st so had some booze ) but when i went to my CDC i was the same weight i was when i was last weighed by her. So going by my cdc's scales i hadn't lost or gained of course but kinda made me feel like atkins was abit of a waste of time re loss ( was good in the sense that i got to sort my head out and gear up for cd again & without gaining ) but anyway my point in all that is just that its great to see real movement in the scale department.
I was saying to chris ( OH ) this morning that i really don't feel much difference in my body shape and if those scales were not telling me that since january i have lost over 3 stone i really wouldn't believe it. lol. its funny how the brain works. I'm sadly one of the unlucky ones and i have only dropped 1 dress size so far but i'm hoping that will speed up at some point. I really cant wait to get into an 18.
I was chatting to one of my friends who i have known since i was 9 and she is thinking of starting CD. She is going to phone my CDC tomorrow. Whilst she only has 3 stone to lose it will be so nice to have someone IRL that's also on the diet. I tend to drive people bonkers ( family ) who are not really interest in diets with all the knowledge and info i have learnt since january, so it will be good to have a friend i can chat to about it. I have even thought about studying Nutrition but it looks to me like a lengthy process and i kinda need to get to work now.
Last night i was chewing my OH's ear off about a web site i want to build/design which will have detailed info on as many diets as possible, not a forum like this but one where people can go and get answers on many diets all in once place. I was up till like 1am thinking about it. When i started my diet i knew nothing and i found out about certain diets from all different sites, when i came across minimins it was a god send but with most the diet sections you have to ask alot of the questions but i would like to offer the info there already. I only came up with this idea last night so it could all change
God do i jibber jabber anyway i wont rabbit anymore pmsl
