    9 lbs in 2 weeks is a great result that's over a stone a month. you should set mini goals and hit them instead of focusing on the target weight...I set 1 stone goals myself and it feels so good when you hit them your 5 lbs off a stone not far to go. already you have lost 2 of these...

    winter came and I started putting on weight again I utterly failed and I am back to square one :( do this every year This year I have to break this cycle of losing it and then winter comes and I give up back in the Gym now and on my Chicken and rice again lost 5lbs in the past 11 days...

    im on the paul786 plan lol making it up as i go mate i got down to 16 stone from 20 stone 6lbs but couldnt get back into it the dieting after xmas and have put back a stone an a half back on so i am now back on the wagon and off the gym in about an hour

    i am another who uses the cross trainer i normaly do a min of 1 hour and a max of 1hour 40 mins lol about 6 days a week followed with some lifting i don't suggest you do this.but the cross trainer is great dancing on your own lol bet the dogs think your a nutcase lol

    have the same cam they are great, first thing i done was buy a uv filter and leave it on at all times reason : it don't effect your photos at all and it protects that big lens that can't be replaced if it's damaged.
