    MFP set mine at 1340! I burnt 300 off yesterday with some exercise so ate about 1000. Goal for most days, I hope! I'm 11st4 currently.

    Are you losing any inches? It could be that you are losing fat but gaining muscle. Just keep doing what you're doing and build up your strength so that you can cycle for longer. How long have you been doing it for?

    Out of the two, which would you go for? I've done Slimming World before and lost a few pounds but I quit after a few weeks as my head wasn't in the game :( so whilst I know the jist of Slimming World, I know nothing about the Weight Watchers plan! Any help would be appreciated.

    I generally don't track my household walking! I'd just track the ones where you're doing it for the purpose of exercise. If I tracked household, I'd kid myself that I could have extra calories every day IYKWIM?

    im addicted

    I do the same! The only thing that would stop me binging is to stop buying them - I can't limit myself. Don't buy them - if you don't buy them or have any in, you can't eat them and won't feel the guilt. It's frustrating when it's all you want but you feel better about yourself the next day :)

    hi. not sure where to start

    The easiest thing for me is calorie counting! I've been terrible at any other diet :( give it a try and if it doesn't work, there are plenty of other options!

    Constant Struggle

    How's it been going? I find the only thing that has worked for me is calorie counting - and that's purely because I get put off eating something if I don't want to waste the calories. This is all that has helped me to cut down majorly on junk food.

    Pretty much just repeating what the other posters said! It's a lot better for you and your body if you use the calories on healthier food. You can get a lot of fruit for the amount of calories in a chocolate bar! For example, some chocolate bars can be around 170 cals. Four medium strawberries...

    Weight gain/loss with the pill

    Yeah, I gained quite a few pounds when I was on the pill due to the appetite increase and I was on it for about 2 months! I did lose the weight once I came off it.
