    1lb on! Grrr

    So last week I put on 2lbs (my own fault for having too much alcohol at a funeral) anyway, since weigh in last week I've been 110% on plan, to find out I've had a gain of 1lb!! Soooo annoyed and upset :( xx

    Weigh in tomorrow (Thursday) at 9.15am! I really need a loss after my first gain last week :( I've been pretty good so far but just want to 'boost' it today! I don't know if that's even possible? If so what could I do? X

    Loaded potato skins.

    So sorry for the late reply! I just cooked Jacket potatoes in oven as normal, take out let to cool down for a bit. Cut in half then spoon out potato. Mix with quark and whatever fillings, I chose bacon and mushrooms already cooked up. Then spoon it back into potato skins. Sprinkle my HexA...

    Sugar free redbull. Is it free?! And before you all go it's bad for you blah blah blah, I know it is but I'm going out but not drinking alcohol so was going to have a couple during the night if free/low syn. Thanks x

    Sw re-joining

    Yes you can stop and sign up again. Or you can even move group and to wipe your slate clean, so you start all over again. A couple of girls in my group have really struggled to get back on track since Christmas, so have wiped the slate clean and started fresh again, so it can be done. Good luck xx

    Vibration plate (wobble boards)

    I am a single mum to a disabled child, I have no way to be able to go to the gym or even for a jog. I was wondering if vibration plates are worth it? I'm tempted to buy one! Has anyone had results from using one alongside slimming world? Or would I be wasting my money Louise x
