Loaded potato skins.

    Slimming world loaded potato skins are so nice!! I feel naughty having them even though they are 100% syn free when using the cheese as HexA xx

    So sorry for the late reply! I just cooked Jacket potatoes in oven as normal, take out let to cool down for a bit. Cut in half then spoon out potato. Mix with quark and whatever fillings, I chose bacon and mushrooms already cooked up. Then spoon it back into potato skins. Sprinkle my HexA allowance of grated cheese on top and grilled until melted!x

    I do mine with sweet potatoes. Same method - bake in the oven as normal, cut in half and scoop out the flesh. Mix with part HExA grated cheese and stuff back in the skins. Top with a few jalapenos and the remaining cheese, then back in the oven for a further 5-10 minutes. Delish!
