    If your doing your chips with frylight, i do. Open it even 5-7mins and spray the chips again, makes then so crispy and also i'd say to wash the starch off your raw potatoes and path dry before putting them in the airfryer.

    Syns can be used for anything. Maybe it will be a little bit of chocolate or crisps or sugar in your tea but do use them. They will stop you craving these things and than totally binging!! Add them to your salads with a little bit of chesse or ketchup with slimming world chips!!!

    Uni is two months away and if you want to join a group now, do it. If you join at home, that doesn't mean your tied to that group. Changing up groups can be good actually as all consultants do things different so lots of different tips/ideas..

    Do you have a food diary?! It can be helpful to syn check everything your eating. It could be that your eating hidden syns. 1/3 superfree is quite important, they are low calorie foods which help stop you from over eating the higher calories free foods. You snack choices are important too!

    The fact it had being so long since your last one before this, i would most definally see your doctor. Although it may be nothing medical, having it for so long nay lead to lack of iron too. A general check up before/at the start of weight lose is advisable anyway! Bes of luck xx

    Any type of stir-fry is brilliant and super fast too. Serve with noodles or rice. sweet chilli sauce is only 1.5syns per tablespoon and soy sauce is free!! For something to suit more plain tastes, baby boils, plain fish and lots of veg is great, and most fishes are super-speed too.

    Hi the 666 is pretty simple, for 6 days, you have only 6syns a day and eat at least 6 superspeed foods (the ss foods in your food optimising book). you still follow your plan, EE for me. so you still have at least 1/3rd superfree foods and can snack on your fat free yogurts etc. Hope this helps!

I was told by my consultant that try for two days a week just for the extra boost, more only if I like. you must stick to your plan the other days though.. this week I'm doing it every second day, need to restart my weight loss!!     in the pack you get when you join, with your food optimising book, there is a booklet that explains success express.. it should clarify everything. We discussed it today at image therapy with Easter coming, our consultant said it might be an idea to protect our weight loss. xxx

    Hope you continued the urge to resist something sweet with your tea.. Maybe try some fruit tea's, they can be sweet and also can help with weight lose, period cramps etc.. Look into it :)
